You operate as an integral part of the EMEA organization’s human resources department, and you will be the HR responsible for the entities at Sunds and Græsted (72 employees). Here you play a key role by supporting the local management team with administrative, operational and strategic HR tasks. You will report directly to the CEO and will be working closely with the Executive Committee, Senior Management and local managers. You will also be responsible, in your scope, for aligning the Group objectives & strategies and for implementing effective human resources strategies and solutions.Your role is to advise and support managers in all human resources matters, including recruitment, training, remuneration, performance management, conflict management issues etc. As part of a merger, you will also be responsible for rolling out human resources policies and procedures within the company and participating in the Group human resources transformation projects.Your place of work will be Sunds with the opportunity to work flexibly and partly from home one day a week. You will work from Græsted approximately once every fortnight and you will have a few days of travelling every month to the headquarter in the Netherlands.Tasks will include:

  • Take charge of personnel administration (employment contracts, salary data, training, absence management etc.)
  • Ensure that resources (recruitment, anticipation of replacements, organization, training) match the needs required to develop the business
  • Take care of the entire recruitment process (advertising, pre-qualification, interviews, contract negotiations etc.) for new employees
  • Ensuring the smooth integration of employees (onboarding process)
  • Implementing the talent management policy: identifying potential, reviewing talent and ensuring that succession plans are consistent
  • Managing disciplinary matters and legal files
  • Implementing the HR policy within the different sites, and rolling out the company’s HR processes: performance management, salary reviews etc.
  • Promoting and ensuring compliance with the company’s equality and diversity policies
  • Manage various HR projects within the scope of the role and participate in the management of any resulting changes
  • Ensuring regular HR reporting to the CEO by setting up HR indicators and defining dashboards

Our expectations to you

  • A relevant master’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience working with human resources
  • Excellent understanding of human resources management practices (talent acquisition/management, compensation & benefits, performance management etc.)
  • Strong people skills (communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical and team working skills)
  • A can-do mentality
  • Working at an operational level but also with a good understanding of working strategic with HR
  • Ability to take initiative, set priorities, make firm decisions, process minded and well organized
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to human resources
  • Fluent in Danish and English (verbal and writing) as KYOCERA FASTENING SOLUTIONS is an international company.
