• Credit Analysis: Gather financial statements, external credit reports, and other relevant data to assess customer creditworthiness.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluate credit risk, recommend credit limits, and support decisions on order releases.
• Order Management: Oversee order release processes and collaborate with stakeholders to avoid potential credit blocks.
• Credit Limit Monitoring: Perform regular credit reviews and manage ad hoc assessments when limits are exceeded.
• Documentation: Maintain and update internal credit process documentation as required.
• Reporting: Proactively communicate customer credit situations and reduce blocked orders to support supply chain flow.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities for process improvements within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively across departments to align on credit decisions and ensure consistency in credit policy execution.

What You NeedRequired Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit or Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) roles.
• Credit Analysis: Proven ability to analyze company financial statements and prepare credit recommendations.
• Language Skills: Fluent spoken and written English; German is a plus but not mandatory.

​Preferred Qualifications:

• Systems Knowledge: Experience working with Credit-related systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Credit Management tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Agency Experience: Prior exposure to working with Credit Rating Agencies.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management, and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Percentage: 10%
