At Oxfam GB, our People & Culture division partners our organisation, driving our people agenda, collaborating with leaders and teams across our shops, offices, and international locations. As a key manager in this division, you will help launch our People and Culture strategy, ensuring our Learning and Development programs align with our cultural roadmap.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement a learning & development strategy in line with our People & Culture Strategy.
  • Design and deliver effective development programs for diverse employees, levels, and functions.
  • Support change management with targeted learning interventions for successful organisational transitions.
  • Create and implement a behavioural framework aligned with our values.
  • Embed our culture, values, and principles within L&D initiatives, enabling a decolonial, safe, feminist, and anti-racist approach.

 

What we are looking for:

 

We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.

 

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

  • Extensive experience leading L&D/L&OD programs that address business-critical needs and strategic outcomes.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing outcome-focused Learning and Development interventions.
  • Experience in leading transformational change through learning and development initiatives.
  • Strategic partnering experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a team of people managers
