Our global client is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer / Senior Legal Counsel to join their busy in-house legal department. They are looking for a commercial lawyer with strong experience of complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation. You will get full support to develop your technical & commercial skills, while having opportunities to progress within the team.Remote Working Opportunity – The head office is based in London and they would consider candidates who can come into the office two to three days a week. If candidates wanted to work in the office more that too is possible.The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with strong experience of complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• Ideally have experience of data, digital and technology matters
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commercial / business outlook to their work
• Join a highly regarded and successful in-house legal team dealing with interesting, multi-jurisdictional work
• Be between 2 – 8 years PQE

• Legal professionals – FILEX, MILEX, ILEX, Licenced Conveyancers, paralegals, legal assistants and fee earners
• Support services – practice managers, COLP / COFA – regulatory and compliance, office managers, IT developers, case management specialists, law costs draftsmen and negotiators, legal secretaries, legal cashiers
