On behalf of our client, an important Italian brand operating in the Food & Beverage industry with products sold through large-scale retail trade (GDO) and traditional channels with HQ between Belluno and Treviso and 15 production plants between Europe, the Americas and Asia and a turnover of approximately 850 million, we are looking for a SENIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST.The person will be part of the Legal, Compliance & Quality Assurance Team. The core tasks will include:
– providing legal assistance on the application of national and international laws;
– providing support to the foreign branches about the contractual activities;
– supporting the managers in the international contractual activities relevant to the various countries where the company is present;
– managing and collaborating on the contractual activities related to marketing, events and suppliers;
– supporting the legal team to facilitate the implementation of company policies.The ideal candidate has:
– experience working in a law firm specialised in international contract law, or similar environments;
– a degree in Law;
– availability to travel internationally;
– an excellent knowledge and command of English.The profile is completed by:
– good knowledge of the MS Office package;
– precision and confidentiality;
– strong proactivity, adaptability and team work;
