Would you like to lead and develop a production support team in Lundbeck’s pharmaceutical production? Can you independently navigate an exciting workday leading a team, recognizing, and listening to their input while at the same time functioning as their sounding board? Then it might be you we are looking for to take a Senior Manager role in Solid Bulk Production.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

As a Senior Manager you will supervise a team providing day-to-day operational support to both a manufacturing – and a finished goods facility. 

Your primary focus will be to motivate, develop and organize a team of 10 supporters/specialists, setting a clear direction for a variety of support activities from coaching in larger projects to join the team in shopfloor tasks.

Support activities covers first line GMP support to production and responsibilities for improvement task and projects within productivity, compliance, quality, and IT. You will take the lead in different compliance projects and be responsible for performing internal – and external compliance audits in your area.

You get a dynamic and independent job with a high level of influence. 

Through the work with Operational Excellence and focus on continuous improvement, you as a Senior Manager become a key person, where you will impact the culture and be a change creator at the same time. 

Your future team

Solid Bulk Production is part of the Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain. We are 62 employees with different professional backgrounds, and we are responsible for the commercial production of tablet formulations for Lundbeck’s global market. The department consists of three production teams and several support functions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Solid Bulk Production, you will be part of the management team in Solid Bulk Production. Further you will be in close collaboration with the management team in Finished Goods Production.

What you bring to the team

-A degree within pharmaceutical science, engineering, or another relevant discipline

-Several years of management experience

-Extensive experience working with GxP

-Practical experience in working with continuous improvement

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functional

-Good communication and presentation skills 

-Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral
