As Senior Strategy Manager for France, you report to the France Strategy Integration Senior Director as part of the Europe Strategy team.
This role is responsible for supporting and challenging France FO in implementing the commercial strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming consumer, shopper and channel insights into a source of competitive advantage and for driving action-oriented insights into all decision-making forums.
What You’ll Do for Us:

Guide and influence key system stakeholders in prioritizing key initiatives, by identifying key opportunities in the market

Connect the dots, leveraging multiple data sources (internal sales data, sell-out data, household-panel data, market research studies, advanced analytical models, consumer trackings, … ) to develop powerful and leading-edge business insights.

Lead the creation of actionable insights, supporting Marketing & Business Ops in localizing the European strategy by understanding category, shopper and channel opportunities and ways to accelerate the business performance.

Link external, macroeconomic and competitor context and insight to business performance to facilitate decision making and drive the business forward.

Effectively communicate those integrated insights (Consumer-Shopper-Customer) across the Franchise system and act as a connection point between the KO Company and our bottling partners.

Understand the relationship between shopper insights, category drivers and sales data in driving business and customer performance.

Build true partner relationships with Franchise leadership, Marketing, finance, and bottler teams to drive insights into action.
Key responsibilities

Preparation of Performance Management routines locally
-
Primary contributor to monthly performance review in close collaboration with Finance and Revenue Growth Management functions: delivering toplines monthly analysis, update of the performance scorecard, leveraging Nielsen and Kantar/GfK tools in priority

Support the preparation of France leadership team routines

Manage relationship with our external insights agencies and project partners

Daily support to address key business questions and insights relating to the understanding of our performance in the market. note:

Analytical support to strategy, RGM, operations and marketing teams, participation in strategic reflections and in-depth analyses

Ensure understanding of business performance by synthesizing data from consumer, shopper and customer sources

Drive performance management automation and capability-building efforts for France
Skills

Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connect the dots to develop a holistic approach to support key business decisions.

Problem framing and solving: structure and coordinate / lead cross functional/ cross system analysis, initiatives, or efforts. Ease with ambiguity and the ability to carefully work through complex situations.

Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.

Synthesis and Storytelling: Clearly communicate solutions to key stakeholders in well-structured and compelling manner, using a combination of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and other similar tools.

Stakeholer management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders.

Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: 5+ year of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy/Operation/RGM/ business analysis related areas

Knowledge about consumer, beverages market, retail, and standard research methodologies

Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent analytical skills including knowledge of panels (Nielsen and Kantar): you are comfortable with the interpretation of figures and seek to understand the behavior and business implications behind the data, you have a strong analytical mind, an excellent capacity to synthesize and attach importance to details

Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers and relevant project management experiences

Mastering the development of actionable compelling commercial insights, strategies and initiatives at the market level and translating them into ‘so what’

Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience

Able to work in a diverse cultural environment
