It goes without saying that we value diversity: we thrive on the diversity of our talent in all its forms, and we see it as a strength in building high-performance teams across brands, cultures, and locations.Key Responsibilities-To act as “Electrical &Automation team “Innovation Champion” who is responsible for facilitating collecting the innovation idea from whole E&A team members and assisting them to mature the ideas and identify the value proposition.-Maturing Innovation Topics: The Innovation Champion lead and managing the E&A innovation portfolio to clarify whether and how the identified topics can contribute to the strategic intent of the organization.– Setting Criteria for Innovation: The innovation champion establishes the criteria to be fulfilled in order to consider a technology mature. This includes preparing technical description packages, business case estimates, and selecting relevant makers. This activity should be achieved in alignment with stakeholders.– Leading the implementation of the strategic Pilot Innovation /prototype product development: The Innovation Champion leads the implementation of innovative solutions.– Monthly Reporting: To ensure progress and facilitate monthly reporting to the council, ensuring that innovative activities are aligned with the strategic goals.– Collaboration and Communication: The Innovation Champion collaborates with various stakeholders, including category management, budget owners, innovation leads, and heads of departments, to ensure alignment and obtain feedback on innovation proposals.These deliverables ensure that the Innovation Champion plays a crucial role in driving innovation within the technical team, from ideation to implementation and reporting.Competencies & qualifications· Strong technical background in electrical and automation including battery technologies and charging.· Strong financial and business acumen.
