To support our Endoscopy division, we are looking for a:

 

Senior Market Development Specialist Endobariatrics

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams at a country and EMEA level for the definition and implementation of strategies, tactics and programs that will enable the further adoption and growth of the Endobariatric business in the market enabling on a multi-disciplinary strategic approach. Focus on Society & KOL relationship development reimbursement and referral pathways and patient demand/ awareness generation.

 

Key Responsibilities

-Collaborate with EMEA and country leadership to develop a fully detailed country business strategy business strategy for Endobariatrics
include stated objectives and action plans, inclusive of the market mapping and market research, identifying trends, competitors, potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities in the assigned country/region.
 

-Coordinate with local country leaders to plan and execute expansion of the EndoBariatrics business also supporting the field sales organization training when needed.
 

-Support the execution of physician and staff training and education, patient education events when necessary.
 

-Manage the development and implementation of KOL advisory boards, customer programs, and networks.
 

-Execute key Society engagement & management strategies & tactics to support the advocacy and support of EndoBariatrics.
 

-Support reimbursement initiatives within the country/region, in partnership with country and regional EMEA HEMA teams.
 

-Execute ongoing identification of new opportunities and markets to be explored, offering understanding, tracking of competitors and market shifts, review of the broad strategic direction.
 

Profile

-5- 10 Years’ experience in Sales, Marketing or HEMA
-Strong influencing Skills
-Business Oriented, Strategic thinking
-Experience in changing & developing the market

-Has experience in applying this knowledge in a variety of situations to accomplish work.
