Demonstrate accountability and ownership.Leadership: Rely on the strength of our teams, continue building, developing, and leading a team of passionate people who work towards shaping the future of the local operations. Be the right hand of our Managing Director. Lead by example and establish an inclusive and successful team culture.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Ops, Policy, Legal, Product, Finance and other teams to address unique challenges and opportunities in your markets. Navigate regulatory challenges that impact our constantly-evolving businessProcess Improvement: Overseeing the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures. Find ways to do things better and make existing processes more efficient and automated, including standardizing and centralizing processes and working with Product and support functions to systematize our needs.Problem solving: Work with local, regional and global teams to resolve critical problems impacting the business and ensure that insights advise broader critical initiatives. Ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other. Identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.Relationship management: Build and maintain excellent relationship with the fleets, drivers, regulators and key stakeholders. Designing and executing strategies to increase driver engagement and retention while managing our high performing operations team.Competitive Landscape: Understand the competitive mobility services, identify & resolve competitive gaps. Explore new opportunities.Reporting: Report to the Managing Director. Take responsibility for occasional hiccups and celebrate every milestone.About you:4 years of professional work experience; ideally in operations, logistics, strategy or related field; alternatively some high-growth startup experience2+ years of experience managing peopleExperience in building, improving processesData-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment via strong analytical thinkingSolid track record of building and performing in a highly cross functional environmentExtremely proactive, self starter mentality with strong organizational and project management skillsStrong communication skills. You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the important points, and disseminate concrete insights. Ability to take constructive criticismAbility to thrive in an ambiguous environment that is constantly evolvingExcellent English and native-level Hungarian language skillsBecome part of our Business Operations teamWe are all about impact.
