PP5004-25-031The University of Brighton is looking to recruit a Senior Planning Officer to work in the Planning and Performance Department. The Department provides information, insight, and analysis to support evidenced-based decision making on institutional-wide strategy and planning. You will work across the University providing planning and analytical support to senior members of the department.We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual with highly developed analytical skills, to join our small and friendly team. You will have proven experience of analysing, interpreting, and explaining complicated information and data, with a strong eye for detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with staff at all levels, is essential.The post holder will manage and enhance a range of strategic planning related activities such as:

  • Primarily leading and co-ordinating the student number planning process
  • Facilitating an integrated approach to planning
  • Working with key people and teams across the University
