BE009 Turnhoutseweg 30Job Description:We are recruiting a Senior Product Analyst – Synthetic Development within the Therapeutics Development Product GroupJohnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, a part of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of companies, is currently recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a product analyst supporting our Synthetic Development product. In this role, the successful candidate will leverage analytical skills and technical expertise to guide our business partners, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business objectives. This position’s primary location will be Beerse, Belgium.The mission of the Therapeutics Development Product Group (PG) is to implement the best technology to transform the development and delivery of life changing medicines for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D portfolio. To achieve this the Therapeutics Development PG must deliver and maintain a robust, modular, and integrated Product stack that can be agilely deployed to accommodate laboratory automation, integrated quality, and predictive modeling into the development process.Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
  • Reviews and translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
  • Analyzes complex experimentation procedures to address product development issues, and compiles results for review.
  • Analyzes data and metrics to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
  • Evaluates and communicates the strengths and weaknesses of business processes and champions organizational change
  • Advocates for users by understanding their needs and translating them into actionable product features.
  • Installs policies for working in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
  • Establishes Outcomes & Key Results (OKRs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Identifies areas for process improvement within product development and management.
  • Conducts thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continually enhance product offerings.
  • Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
  • Prepares and presents regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications – ExternalQualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Computer Science subject or related subject area is required, with demonstrable experience to work with scientific IT applications OR a master’s degree and pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience enabling scientific systems within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with commercial scientific software providers is desirable, and deployments at a global scale preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Understanding of SDLC and related documentation for both GxP and Non-GxP data systems
  • Excellent business sense & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with collaboratively with diverse teams to understand business requirements and strategy
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, multiple partners, multi-functional teams, and evolving needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence, negotiate, and build collaborative partnerships, teams, and trust across functions.
