Are you ready to support our product and demos for event, product launches etc.? Do you have good collaboration skills and have a well-organized mindset? Then we might have a job for you!What is the job about?As our new Senior Product Coordinator in our exhibition department, you will support products and demos for fairs, events, product launches, product update, warehousing, and logistics. Moreover, you will:

• Be budget responsible for rental of products and demos.
• Be responsible for the exhibition department’s products and demos and ensure they are being prioritized the right order in relation to where they do best.
• Be responsible for the preparation of product proposals and decision-making about which products and demos should be chosen.
• Be providing offers for events, demos and products.
• Ensure that the logistics run perfectly, so that everything runs on time.

Your BackgroundWe imagine that you:

• Have experience from a similar position or have great coordinating/administrative skills.
• Have experience working with SAP.
• Have good technical understanding and a structured approach to your tasks.
• Have good English skills – written and verbal.
• Can make quick decisions and have a good sense of the current situation.
• Have great collaboration skills.
