Job Description:As Product Owner for Digital Workplace, you facilitate the transition from business needs and ideas to solutions, plans, and implementations in your area and across the entire system landscape.The Digital Workplace team has a mission of empowering Milestone employees to be productive and smoothly collaborate in a flexible, secure, and smartly managed Digital Workplace through technology and knowledge.Your primary responsibilities are:

• Prioritize backlog for the Digital Workplace development team and a consolidated implementation plan. This ensures that there is a clear direction for the team and that the teams’ efforts are applied where it creates the most value for Milestone.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that priorities are agreed across business areas. You bring stakeholders together and facilitate a shared understanding of value and any dilemmas that must be resolved.
• You ensure that features are clearly defined: What should the outcome be? What value is achieved? What are the acceptance criteria? What are the dependencies to other deliverables inside or outside the team?
• You facilitate the refinement of feature, and together with the Team Lead empower the team to be able to provide input so key questions can be answered: What are the solution designs? When can we have a plan? How is the feature broken down into increments (user stories)? What are the efforts needed to implement? How does the implementation plan look?
• Increasingly initiatives must be coordinated across Product Owner areas to achieve the desired business results. You will therefore work with other Product Owners to ensure that coherent plans are created across teams, and that there is a shared sense of purpose for the complete change.

As Product Owner you are not a responsible for people management or for the daily operations of the team including any support or incident management needed.Your Profile
You are an experienced agile Product Owner with a deep understanding of the needs of various end-user personas, including developers, sales representatives, and administrative workers. You are able to translate their wishes and needs into requirement specifications, considering factors such as customer experience, cost, ease of operation, and maintenance.Furthermore, we hope that you have most of below:

• Profound understanding of how Microsoft365 enables seamless integration across various devices and platforms, ensuring that employees can work efficiently from anywhere.
• You understand how M365’s security and compliance features help organizations meet regulatory requirements and protect sensitive information.
• You can engage in informed discussions with the development team about tools such as Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Autopilot, Active Directory Services, Windows 10/11, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and mobile apps, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Just In Time elevation solutions.
• You have an interest in and knowledge of Digital Workplace applications from other vendors.
• You prioritize getting ‘pen to paper’ and maintain transparency on initiatives – for instance when it comes to documenting requirements, findings, status, and plans.
• Replanning when situations evolve comes natural to you as part of your work, and you ensure that there is always updated and accessible transparency on your area.
• Humor is part of your DNA.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English at a professional level.
