Join us and help shape the way the world works.LOCATIONThis position works under a flexible work model and is (hybrid at Madrid EMEA office, or remote in Spain).JOB SUMMARYWe’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and help us proactively organize bringing new products, features, and organizational changes to market. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.WHAT YOU WILL DOThis program manager will manage the non-engineering aspects of bringing a SaaS product / feature to market. They will have strong engagement cross-functionally with marketing, sales, support, customer success and other groups. They will also have to work closely with software ops / scrum master team to align engineering deliverables with other group’s deliverables.Implement and maintain cross-functional processes for bringing products to marketStrategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesDevelop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvementMaintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performanceOversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reachedManage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityPartner with Software Operations and Scrum Masters to coordinate engineering progress against other program deliverablesResponsibilitiesDefine program controls, processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage programsWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersManage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occurCoordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects and programs in the programWHAT WE REQUIRE5+ years of experience in program management in SaaS.Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationFluent English essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels.Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesWilling to work with people from various nationalities, countries, time zones and locations.Must be able to work a flexible schedule that supports East Coast USA working hours.Travel up to 20%EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, software, or related fieldCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between € 46,000 -€ 69,000 with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
