Hybrid – 2 days per week (Dublin only)PermanentWe are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Senior Programme Manager to drive our ambitious global finance transformation programme over the next three years. This finance transformation programme requires significant overall programme management across our 4 key workstreams – Org and People, Systems and Data, Process and Reporting and ICFR all supported by our business readiness workstream. This role requires the candidate to help shape and drive the plan, managing across all of the risks that the substantial programme will incur. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes (including in US listed financial environment), engaging with C-suite team members, and navigating sophisticated finance & business environments.About CFOFlutter consists of two commercial divisions (Fanduel and International) and our central Flutter Functions; COO, Finance & Legal.   • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of Polaris and associated finance transformation activities, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction, leadership, and motivation to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key priorities in collaboration with workstream sponors and their leads.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Engage and manage key stakeholders at all levels, encouraging positive relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Establish and monitor critical metrics to track programme success and report progress to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and quality standards throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement by bringing together lessons learned and implementing best practices.
  • Comfortable leading small and large teams & leadership and developing finance PMO capabilities within our organisation.

How you’ll do it

  • Experienced in a Senior Programme Manager or similar leadership role preferably within .
  • Strong expertise in programme and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent engagement and influencing skills at all organisational levels, you collaborate with.
  • Comfortable navigating a global organisation and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple capabilities, handle multiple workstreams simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic and commercial savvy including financial and budget management experience.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of optimally leading teams.
  • Experience with strategy and change management.
  • Experience working across the M&A lifecycle is preferable, from due diligence to post-merger integration.
  • Experience within program delivery roles.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent programme management certification.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation or technology focussed programmes.
