The position
As a Senior Project Controller, your key responsibilities, amongst others, will include:
-Continuously monitor and furnish valuable insights to project managers, to support in ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines and stay within budget.
-Craft and present comprehensive financial reports to management in an engaging and accessible manner.
-Implement, conduct, and maintain regular financial review meetings with project managers and work package owners.
-Dive into financial data to uncover trends and variances, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
-Proactively forecast, monitor, and report on cost burn-rate and contingencies, ensur-ing transparency and enabling proactive cost management.
-Support Project Managers and line managers with creating easy-to-understand presentations and reports for various meetings.
Qualifications
At Novo Nordisk, we appreciate no two people share similar experiences, however the ideal person will have all or most of the following:
-A degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in project controlling, with a background in business analytics or engineering.
-Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
-Track record of working with project management methodologies
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Fluency in both written and verbal English. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage.
