We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Life Support (ELS) Senior Project Manager who specialises in ELS to come and join us to work within our Digital Services ICT Strategy and Assurance, Service Transition team.ELS is a key element of Service Transition, it is the phase of projects where we work together across Design & Operate, learning to support and maintain new and changing services, and monitoring them against their required performance.You will need to have technical knowledge, service management experience, and demonstrate the ability to lead small teams of ICT Engineers and ICT Technicians throughout the Early Life support phase.What you’ll need to succeed…The ideal candidate will have excellent ITIL knowledge and have experience working in a Early Life support or Service Transition role. You will have a proven track record of design or implementation of IT end to-end solutions and resultant change and have substantial design, systems analysis, programming or technical support expertise.You will have excellent communication skills to be able to liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and staff and be be highly motivated and to continue to drive ELS in Digital Services.Why join us…Development: we’ll provide support and development at each stage of your journey with us from induction through to personal and professional qualifications.
