The role will also be responsible for the management of the project budget ensuring changes and exceptions are logged and monitored. Also, ensure the margin on the budget it preserved throughout the deployment.Our focus encompasses connection and collaboration, which is why we encourage a hybrid approach to work, with the choice to work remotely or from any of our offices based in London, Peterborough or Liverpool.Requirements

  • Delivery of complex projects, these include multi-site projects for voice solution, networking, security products, contact centre solutions including media applications, complex MPLS solutions, etc.
  • Working with Pre-sales and Sales to identify the Project Management needs of opportunities as requested.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Arranging and chairing regular project meetings with the customer and internally be it in person or over Video conference or Conference Call.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Project Initiation Documents.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • A smooth transition from implementation to delivery over to Support.
  • Managing procurement and tracking of all equipment and invoicing of your projects.
  • Mentor team members to help develop their skill sets and experience.
