Our commitment to making a positive impact drives everything we do, from our cutting-edge products to our dynamic workplace environmentWhat is the job about?We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful projects within Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at our CBS plants in Hungary and abroad. Ensuring high-quality outcomes through strong collaboration with local stakeholders. These stakeholders can include Chief Engineers, AME Specialists and more.This role reports to the AME Director CBS Operations and is based in Tatabanya, Hungary (Other locations in Hungary can be considered).Your main responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Ensure projects meet specifications, delivery plans, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain visibility of project progress.
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee economy, schedules, quality, and function.
  • Implementation: Lead equipment and process implementation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with AME and Plant’s ME Teams.
  • Documentation: Document lessons learned.

Your background:

  • B.Sc or M.Sc. in Project Management, Operations, Electronics, or Mechanics.
  • 2-4 years of project management experience.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation projects is a plus.
  • Financial knowledge.
  • Strong technical foundation.
  • Effective communication at all levels with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated Supplier management.
  • Willingness to travel 20-40 days/year.
  • Fluency in English
