You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to create the business case, develop a delivery plan, define deliverables, agree on milestones, and monitor their progress. Additionally, you will manage resources, budgets, and associated risks. You are expected to mentor team members and constructively challenge stakeholders to drive change and achieve positive outcomes for customers.Apply if you seek to join a team that manages mid-to-large transformation projects within the insurance industry.What we’re looking for?

  • Someone that can prove at least 5 years’ experience in a change role, with 3 years as a IT Change Project Manager, that managed the change at a budget around £1-3m.
  • The ability to work at pace with resiliency whilst showing a willingness to try new ways of working and solutions to energise/motivate the project team to drive forward and deliver outcomes.
  • Strong foundation in project management skills including agile through all phases from discovery through to benefits realisation. Understanding of delivery tools, and project management best practices.
  • Comfortable in working with senior stakeholders (up to CIO level) with strong and effective influencing skills to challenge and drive change.
  • Experience of team leadership and matrix management, including third parties and offshore

Confident risk/dependency management experience * Understanding of key finance functions in the context of FS products

  • Experience in managing technical systems delivery
  • Has experience with technical dependency mapping/tracking

What we are looking for:

  • A candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a change role, including at least 3 years as an IT Change Project Manager managing projects with budgets ranging from £1-3 million.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to explore new working methods and solutions to motivate the project team and achieve desired outcomes.
  • A strong foundation in project management skills, including agile methodologies, covering all phases from discovery to benefits realisation. Comprehensive understanding of delivery tools and project management best practices.
  • Proficiency in working with senior stakeholders (up to CIO level) with strong influencing abilities to challenge and implement change effectively.
  • Leadership experience in team management and matrix management, including coordination with third parties and offshore teams.
  • Confident in risk and dependency management.
  • An understanding of key finance functions within the context of financial services products.
  • Experience in managing technical systems delivery.
  • Familiarity with technical dependency mapping and tracking.
