Senior Project Manager (CSA) – Hyperscale Data CentersLocation: France
Reports to: Technical Director or Project Director

Known for its high-quality engineering solutions, the company delivers turnkey projects, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.Role Overview:The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction and execution of hyperscale data center projects, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with contractual obligations, project timelines, and financial targets. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client management skills to drive complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client RelationsEngage with clients to understand project specifications and present technical solutions.Support business development teams in negotiations and contract finalization.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Propose and negotiate change orders and contract amendments.Project Management & ExecutionLead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating internal resources and subcontractors.Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with delivery targets.Monitor construction progress, conducting regular site visits and project meetings.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Oversee project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.Financial & Schedule OversightEstablish and maintain project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.Manage invoicing, subcontractor payments, and financial reporting.Oversee procurement and contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.Track and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Technical & Regulatory ComplianceDefine and optimize technical choices for construction systems and network integration.Review and approve execution plans in coordination with M&E teams.Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, legal requirements, and industry standards.Facilitate project handover, including snag clearance and after-sales support.Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor junior project staff, fostering professional growth.Support recruitment efforts and staff performance evaluations.Promote teamwork, innovation, and knowledge sharing across project teams.Qualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urbanism, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in construction project management within private markets.Proven experience with hyperscale data center projects.Fluency in English and French.Additional Information:Based in France with frequent travel to project sites.Projects vary in scope and complexity.Compensation & Benefits:Salary in line with market standards.10% performance-based bonus.Company car.Pension plan.Excellent health and dental package.Expenses paid for travel and accommodation.If you are a dynamic professional looking to lead high-profile data center projects, apply now and be part of a cutting-edge engineering team!
