At Hempel, we’re on an exciting digital journey — and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager – Pricing Solutions to drive high-impact initiatives that accelerate our growth and deliver measurable results.As our new Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, pricing-related digital projects from idea to implementation — playing a pivotal role in shaping how we optimise revenue and margins through digital solutions. Collaborating with Commercial leaders, Digital experts, and external partners, you’ll ensure that strategy is translated into execution and leads to meaningful business outcomes.What you will be responsible forLeading end-to-end digital strategy projects — from defining overall roadmaps and setting direction, through to execution, handover, and long-term operationsActing as the primary driver of progress, collaboration, and transparency across the entire project team and key decision-makersBridging the gap between business and technology, translating commercial needs into concrete technical requirements and deliverablesDefining and owning project roadmaps, ensuring key milestones and dependencies are well structured, tracked, and metDriving project success through structured planning, orchestration, and proactive delivery of critical digital milestonesIdentifying interdependencies across teams and workstreams and ensuring alignment with other digital initiativesManaging project risks and issues by proactively developing mitigation strategies and delivering clear recommendations to senior stakeholdersDelivering project insights and reporting on critical path, progress, risks, budget, and scope management to stakeholders and Steering CommitteesFacilitating Steering Committee engagement and preparing clear decision-making frameworks in collaboration with business sponsorsContributing to standardisation of methods, tools, and best practices within the Digital function and across the wider Hempel organisationEnsuring project compliance with Hempel’s project model, standards, and principlesManaging external suppliers and vendors, including responsibility for Statements of Work (SoW), deliverables, resource planning, and performance trackingActing as the key point of contact for project communications, stakeholder briefings, and change managementYou’ll also be hands-on with key project tasks including:Leading cross-functional digital projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope deliveryDriving collaboration across global teams, business units, functions, and third-party vendorsTaking on the role of Project Manager and/or Scrum Master, applying Hempel’s PRINCE2-based project governance and Agile (Scrum) methodsSupporting task prioritisation and resource coordination across a complex, matrixed organisationLeading supplier management activities, including budget ownership, contract negotiation, and legal/procurement coordinationEnsuring integration and alignment across multiple digital projects, adjusting plans and scope as business needs evolveBuilding and supporting high-performing Scrum teams, focused on continuous improvement and delivery excellenceLeading effective project communications, reporting progress, facilitating updates, and engaging stakeholders at all levelsCollaborating with internal communication and change teams to deliver impactful change management and communication strategiesWhat we’re looking for:To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned digital project leader with a sharp commercial mindset and a talent for stakeholder engagement. You enjoy turning strategy into action and thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Technology, Engineering, etc.)5+ years of experience managing complex digital or transformation projects — ideally within pricing, commercial optimisation, or revenue managementStrong familiarity with digital pricing tools or platforms (experience with PROS is a strong advantage)Solid understanding of pricing strategy, revenue management, and how digital tools can enable commercial valueStrong analytical mindset, including experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and performance trackingKnowledge of IT architecture, digital platforms, integration design, and vendor ecosystemsExperience working with project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile/ScrumHands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar project and backlog management toolsExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical topics for business audiencesA structured and proactive approach, capable of managing multiple global workstreams simultaneouslyExperience leading cross-functional teams in an international environment, across time zones and cultural contextsFluent English, both written and spokenSounds like a match?Welcome to apply!
