The successful candidate will handle all aspects of property litigation matters for both commercial and private clients while building and developing their own caseload. Responsibilities include:Business development through networking and seminarsMaintaining high standards of client careCollaborating with other departmentsDeveloping specialist expertise, in line with the firm’s Business PlanKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the department in meeting fee-earning targets by providing advice and assistance to clients of the department and other departments of the firmConduct matters on behalf of clients across a wide range of property litigation issuesManage support services, including supervising your own secretary (if applicable)Participate in marketing and networking activities, whether firm-wide, departmental, or office-basedMaintain financial control, particularly around cash flow, by managing the collection of monies on account and billing proceduresContribute to the Dispute Resolution team’s activitiesWhat’s on Offer?Competitive salary based on experienceHigh-quality work (Legal 500 ranked)A diverse and dynamic caseloadThe opportunity to work alongside leaders in the Property Litigation fieldRequirementsQualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQEProven experience in property litigation mattersStrong communication and client care skillsApply now for immediate consideration, or feel free to call me for a confidential discussion.
