What’s Required

  • Academic or professional background in computer science, applied mathematics, physics, or another technical discipline, with a strong quantitative foundation.
  • 5+ years of software development experience using Python and/or functional programming languages (e.g., Haskell, Scala, OCaml, F#) within a production-grade environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience building or working with statistical models, large-scale aggregation engines, or quantitative systems for analytics or reporting.
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and ethical development practices.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE IN WARSAW (3 days per week from the office).Join our Risk Technology team to help design and develop a scalable analytical framework supporting the firm’s risk reporting and calculation infrastructure. You will architect and implement systems that compute on vast volumes of structured data to power decision-making across the Risk Department.
