Job description

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist for our manufacturing partner.Tasks

• Undertake assigned hiring activities end-to-end, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Develop and implement effective sourcing and selection methods, policies and procedures to find and attract the most suitable candidates and fulfill hiring deadlines.
• Explores all possible channels and connects with potential candidates online and offline, screens applications and supports hiring managers.
• While performs hiring activities keeps in mind candidate experience and the alignment with the employer brand.
• Responsible for tracking all relevant recruitment data and reporting.
• Support and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
• Represent the company at different hiring events.
• Monitor and follow-up on the annual hiring plan of positions.
• Building talent pools for future openings.
• Continuous development of the hiring processes.

Expectations

• Min BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
• Min 5 yrs experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role dealing with high volume recruitment preferably at a multinational manufacturing company.
• Experience with relevant job sites, familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other HR Management software and databases, SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of data privacy legislations.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and in English.
• Team player.
