Job description

You will also monitor the projects for ineligible costs, give the financial approval of staff recruitment forms and meet with relevant staff from the academic departments. With a deep knowledge and understanding of funders Terms and Conditions and internal procedures, you will ensure consistent compliance while maintaining the highest standards and safeguarding the university’s reputation.
The successful candidate will possess experience in working in a similar environment and will be able to work autonomously, using their own initiative to manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload to meet the needs of the team. They will be self-motivated, proactive and organised, with the ability to manage a mix of operational and project work. With strong communication skills, you will be confident and concise in advising and supporting key colleagues on a diverse range of operational issues.
But that’s not all. In this role, you will provide active advice, support and mentorship to the more junior colleagues and you will contribute to our research strategy through by maintaining high service standards.
Join our friendly team and unlock a world of professional growth. With the right attitude there are plenty of opportunities to grow and take on exciting projects within the unit, all with the aim to increase research support excellence.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity! Apply now to start your career at King’s College London.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
This is a full-time post – 100% full time equivalent.
