Job Description:In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support the sales compensation team with analysis and reporting
  • Create regular and ad hoc reports in Tableau and Excel
  • Support senior management with analysis and reporting
  • Supporting monthly closingsIdentify and resolve potential problemsWorking closely with the CDM (Customer Data Management) team and understanding their processes
  • Liaising with Sales managers, answering compensation related questions
  • Participate in the definition and monthly update of Sales quotas
  • Making recommendations for process optimization
  • Participating in projects

Who You Are: You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations.For this Role, You will Need:

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, pivot tables, macros
  • At least intermediate Tableau skills, advanced would be an advantage
  • At least Bsc level of higher education and minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and/or business process management
  • Experience in a multinational environment, working with different regions and time zones
  • Ability to solve a broad spectrum of problems where data analysis requires the evaluation of multiple identifiable factors. Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solutions.
  • Ability to maintain functional and technical knowledge across multiple data platforms and devices, and provide feedback and recommendations to IT and data teams across the company
  • Process orientation, focus on detail, multitasking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Results-oriented and proactive
  • Effective adoption in a constantly changing business environment

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in Sales compensation and/or finance
  • Salesforce.com platform experience
  • Oracle platform knowledge
  • Proven, strong leadership, coaching and project management skills
  • Previous experience with sales operations and coverage, quoting, order management and other customer data
