Location: Aimargues (30 min from Montpellier)

In partnership with the Program Managers, Delivery Lead, Design Lead & Business teams, the Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading and facilitating Agile in Digital Programs by providing guidance, coaching, and coordination to a team of Scrum Masters and their associated Agile teams. This role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and alignment to ensure the successful delivery of digital products and solutions.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer/ Senior Scrum Master or similar leadership role in Agile software development.
  • Scrum Master and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience on Digital Service, Digital app. and/or e Commerce projects

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support a team of Scrum Masters, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee Scrum Master activities, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are followed effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Program Manager to define the program backlog and prioritize features, epics, and stories.
  • Ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and roadmap.
  • Facilitate and lead Release Planning events, including Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring alignment of teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track the progress of PI objectives, addressing any impediments that may hinder the release.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing processes and practices that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
  • Act as a liaison between Programs, other teams in the Ecosystem, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Define and track relevant metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success and health of the Program.
  • Present regular reports to leadership on the status of releases, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of program increments.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies in collaboration with teams.
