Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and help us build the most comprehensive big data platform that democratizes access to company data for all employees. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing data-intensive software and integrating seamlessly into an agile team to contribute to building the best possible platform for our users’ needs.

- Vue3, Typescript
Our way of working:
A combination of Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), and Lean Software practices. We embrace a DevOps mindset, where the cross-functional development team has full ownership, from idea to production. You build it, you run it.
What you will be responsible for
- We are looking for a person that will help the team with the development of our big data platform.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Big Data platform.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional way in the whole product lifecycle, by contributing to multiple aspects of the product, including frontend, cloud and operations.
- Collaborate with the users and learn the domain to understand the problems and needs.
- Learn and teach your colleagues in any aspect of product and software development to reach technical excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Strong knowledge of the functional programming paradigm, familiar with concepts such as monads and recursion.
- Demonstrable experienced designing and developing REST APIs.
- Capable of deploying, scaling, and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Experience working in an agile team with other Software Engineers.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent English
Preferred qualifications:
- MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced Scrum Developer knowledge.
- Demonstrable experience with Scala.
- Demonstrable experience with AWS.
- Typescript and MVC Javascript frameworks experience (Angular, React, Vue, Backbone …).
