• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Python-based backend systems and tools to enable AI productization.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers and AI researchers to translate prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems.
• Architect and optimize backend pipelines, APIs, and workflows for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior and medior developers, fostering technical excellence and a culture of collaboration within the team.
• Oversee code quality and adherence to development standards through thorough code reviews.
• Drive innovation in backend development practices and contribute to strategic technical decisions, including on-premises and cloud architecture.
• Troubleshoot critical issues and provide technical leadership during development and deployment phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Python backend development.
• Expertise in Python and frameworks like Flask, FastAPI.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying backend solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, RESTful API principles, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong engineering mindset.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
