Job Description:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and evolving Sitecore-based digital platforms for some of the most recognized companies in Denmark. You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside solution architects, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists – with a clear focus on backend development.Your ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable backend solutions using Sitecore (9.x or 10.x) and the .NET stackCollaborate with architects and tech leads to plan platform architecture and integrationsDevelop APIs and backend services that power content-driven experiencesOptimize performance, security, and maintainability of Sitecore-based platformsEnsure compliance with development standards and contribute to internal best practicesParticipate in peer code reviews and provide technical mentorship to other developersWork closely with Danish enterprise clients, translating business needs into robust backend solutionsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET technologies3+ years of hands-on Sitecore experience, ideally including Helix and SXADeep understanding of CMS architecture, component-based development, and content delivery patternsExperience with system integrations (REST APIs, CRM, DAM, ERP, etc.)Experience with TDS or Unicorn or similar productsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git)Experience working in agile development teamsStrong communication skills in Danish (English is a plus)What We OfferThe opportunity to work with some of the largest brands in DenmarkA collaborative, friendly, and professional environment in our Copenhagen officeFlexible work-life balance, including hybrid work optionsCareer development through training, conferences, and certification programsA strong culture of innovation and craftsmanshipWe have employees who’ve stayed with us for 5, 10, 15, and even 20 years!
