You will apply best practices to create architectures that are secure, scalable, cost-effective, efficient, reusable, and resilient. You will engage in technical discussions, present your architectures to stakeholders, and incorporate their feedback. Additionally, you will evaluate, recommend, and integrate SaaS applications to meet business requirements. You will provide architectures for integrating existing applications or developing new ones with a cloud-first approach. You will offer design oversight and guidance during project execution, ensuring solutions align with the strategic goals of the company, both business and IT.

  • Design solutions for customer needs.
  • Create Dataflow and BPMN mappings.
  • Ensure solutions are feasible and sustainable.
  • Develop solutions for current and future needs.
  • Manage nonfunctional requirements and compliance.
  • Prioritize enablers and technical debt reduction.
  • Enable continuous integration and delivery.
  • Maintain architectural runways.
  • Evaluate and align technical capabilities, executing POCs.
  • Ensure designs meet standards.
  • Expand application capabilities.
  • Build ArchiMate diagrams.
  • Assist with architecture maturity assessments.
  • Collaborate with architects and product owners.
  • Partner on disaster recovery guidelines.
  • Align product roadmaps for efficient rollouts.

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree from an accredited Institution is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
  • Extensive experience in software engineering best practices.
  • Skilled with SAP, Oracle, and development platforms.
  • Expert in secure, scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Proficient in software design, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern development principles.
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • In-depth ERP order management knowledge.
  • Good understanding of upstream processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for all levels.
  • Comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Patient and empathetic with diverse teams.
  • Proven independent worker.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
