With a broad project portfolio and a commitment to professional development, this firm offers a clear and supported route for career progression.

Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing and submitting planning applications, reports, feasibility studies, masterplans, and planning strategies
* Advising clients and stakeholders on planning strategy, legislation, and policy
* Leading or contributing to multidisciplinary project teams
* Managing project timelines and delivering high-quality planning documentation
* Engaging with clients from both private and public sectors

Key requirements:

* Degree and/or master’s in town planning or a related discipline
* A minimum of eight years’ professional experience in town planning
* Chartered membership of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI) or Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
* Strong knowledge of Irish planning and environmental legislation
* Proven experience delivering complex planning and environmental projects
