About the role…You will be part of the Core Voice team in the Dstny group. This team is a division in the Dstny global infrastructure services entity. The global infrastructure services (GIS) offers network, cloud and voice services for the different Dstny countries that then can utilize these services. The Core Voice team is responsible to interconnect all the different Dstny countries on voice level and integrate the different voice platforms.Our mission statement:Creating the ability to consume application services, independent from the country/locationBeing able to easily consume voice services across bordersHelp local opcos to implement special voice related servicesThe roleDesign, implement, and maintain the DSTNY blueprint for the European voice network.Collaborate with vendor partners to drive the development of network architecture and resolve escalated production issues.Provide expert technical support and guidance to QA, Operations, and other Engineering teams to ensure seamless platform interoperability.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and innovation within the engineering team.What we’re looking for in you…At least 5 years telecom engineer experience with VoIP/SIP applicationsA bachelor degree in ITFluent in English, every other language is a plusA detailed, working, and theoretical knowledge of voice and data communications in telecomKnowledge of SIP call routing, Least Cost Routing, Security Controls (TLS, IPSEC, ACLs) Experience configuring and troubleshooting voice protocols including SIPExperience with Softswitches, Session Border Controllers, SIP proxies, Media ServersFamiliarity with Oracle SBC, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or Asterisk is highly desirable.Engineering experienceDesigning and defining the architecture for voice systems and solutions.Researching and selecting technologies to enhance voice infrastructure.Creating detailed technical documentation, including diagrams and workflows.Deploying New Voice ProjectsLeading the implementation of new voice projects.Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and integration.Testing and validating system performance post-deploymentWhat Dstny can offer you…A challenging job in a fast-growing company where you can also grow yourself (with plenty of room for training)A competitive salary, including an eco-friendly company car with fuel/charging card.Electronic meal vouchers, health insurance.Flexible working hours, with the possibility of remote work.
