Due to increasing workload and an exciting outlook in the Completion Tools department, we are looking for a proactive and technically strong service coordinator within smart completions.

The service coordinators are our representatives towards customers during onshore planning. Together with colleagues, customers, and competitors, they collaborate closely to install various well components in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.

Work Tasks:

You will be responsible for ordering equipment, coordinating assembly make-up and mobilization through local and global systems. The coordinator works closely with an engineer to deliver a fit for purpose technical solution to our customers. Some of the typical tasks include:

-Participate in pre- and post-job meetings onshore
-Coordination of safe, reliable, and efficient completion operations offshore (primarily but not solely upper completions)
-Participate in DOP/Section Plan meetings with the customer and provide insight performance improvement initiatives
-Technical support to our customers onshore
-Help to organize logistics and use local and global systems to document the work
-Onshore work at the office and in the workshop for doing Final Quality Reviews of the assemblies
-Offshore execution of completion jobs following a rig/project and making sure lessons learned are transferred from job to job.
 

Qualifications:

-Strong knowledge and experience working with Intelligent Completion Products and Services
-Able to handle both English and/or Norwegian as working language
-Personal qualities
-The position requires that you champion the Company’s HSE procedures, and other internal processes
-The candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to handle complex and challenging situations in a good way. Excellent communication skills will be important to perform in a collaborative working environment
-We are looking for a thorough and flexible candidate, with the ability to dig into technical details and able handle cyclic activity common in completions offshore.
