The IT Services department are undertaking an exciting period of growth to support the digital transformation of Leeds’ largest university. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service and interest in IT, to support our staff and students through this transformation. IT Services is a large, lively and diverse team, with many colleagues starting their University of Leeds journey in the Service Desk team. 

The department has a commitment to staff development and to supporting our Service Desk team to progress their careers across our wider IT service. And the department is growing, so this really is a fantastic career opportunity.

This role will be based on the university campus.  We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
