Job description
The NSPCC is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to preventing child abuse and protecting children. The Services directorate provides services to children, young people and the adults concerned about them and the Operational Support Team enables them to do this as effectively as possible.The Operations department is a core part of the Services directorate, working behind the scenes to support our front-line staff and services. The team provide operational support to the Services directorate across a variety of areas including:
- Day to day operational support – striving to make our service delivery as effective as possible
- Data and reporting – providing information to inform decision making and drive performance
- System support – training and ongoing support of the systems used by our front line staff
- Project management – proactively looking for and delivering change
We are currently recruiting two permanent Service Head positions to lead the teams that deliver this support.
