🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement BNPP Fortis processes in ServiceNow.
- Build and integrate interfaces to seamlessly connect BNPP Fortis data to ServiceNow.
- Set up API integrations between ServiceNow and local Fortis resources.
- Analyze needs and create automated exports to empower internal customers.
- Configure and manage email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow.
- Create efficient workflows to simplify and enhance operations.
- Migrate existing tools and processes to the ServiceNow platform.
🌍 What We’re Looking For:
- Language Skills:
- English: Mandatory
- Dutch or French: A big plus
- Technical Expertise:
- ServiceNow Certified Developer with hands-on experience.
- Soft Skills That Set You Apart:
