Job description
As a Shipping Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our logistics operations.
You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing capacity and ensuring smooth and timely customer service. You will be working in the team of 3 people where high collaboration is key for our successful operations.
Additionally, you will be maintaining strong relationships with different departments within the company.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customer requests are handled promptly and with the best possible service
Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery * Handle shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Manage capacity levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs
- Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize logistics process and costs
- Maintain close relationship with our terminals and colleagues in another offices
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvements and increase efficiency
Qualifications:
- MBO level education
- Proven experience in logistics sector
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, accurate, and self-supporting
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of English (Dutch / German is a plus)

- commuting allowance 0.23 EUR per km – between 10 and 35 km one way
- Home work allowance of EUR 3.05 net per day
