The Project: 20+ Unit Residential DevelopmentOverview:Are you a Site Engineer in the Laois area? Are you proficient in using Total Station and GPS?A well-established main contractor with a strong reputation in residential construction is seeking a Site Engineer to join their team. The project itself involves the construction of 20+ units of houses which includes detached and semi-detached unit. A greenfield site set to start in March 2025 and will last for at least 12 months. You will work alongside an experienced Site Manager, gaining valuable mentorship and career development.Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting out, levels, and as-built drawings.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and plant on site.
• Work closely with and report to the Site Manager.
• Interpret and review construction drawings and specifications, identifying and communicating any discrepancies to the design team.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction.
• 2 – 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer on Irish residential projects.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with subcontractors and site personnel.
