› Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
› Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, onboarding, training, career management, etc. at site level.
› Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
› Manage social climate and labor relations
› Animate industrial relations with local employee representatives.
› Implement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including “Employee Empowerment”, part of the Faurecia Excellence System.
› Report relevant HR information to the Division.
› Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies.
› Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.Your profile and competencies to succeedWhat if it were you?The ideal candidate will have/be:› Minimum education level: Master’s degree with a specialization in HR ManagementExperience:
› Proven experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills› Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR function within an industrial environmentSkills and competencies:
› Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
› Strong written and oral communications skills
› A good knowledge of employment law
› Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
› Knowledge of HR systems and databases
› International mindset, English required
