We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to supervise the working teams from our project sites.
The Site Manager responsibilities include drawing bill of quantities to be ordered, assign tasks to construction workers and check work fronts. Primary focus: daily detailed overview on the activities taking place in the allocated construction site(s) according to project standards, qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the site works.
The responsibilities include:

• Management of projects from planning to completion.
• Coordination of implementation teams / subcontractors.
• Optimization of resource distribution within the project.
• Monitoring and tracking work schedules to prevent additional costs and/or potential delays.
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Supervising work quality and ensuring adherence to client specifications.
• Effective communication with the project team.
• Daily or weekly Site Reports.
• Daily updates in our internal system
• Identifying and managing risks associated with projects.
• In-depth understanding of project documentation (technical drawings, sketches, specifications), the interconnection of various installation systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and specifications for each project stage.
• Facilitating the identification of effective solutions in case of problems/conflicts between specialties during the project.
• Validating any design issues related to MEP and proposing effective solutions.
• Evaluating proposals related to MEP systems.
• Consistently communicating all MEP-related changes to the entire team and assisting in budgeting and justifying these changes.
• Supervising the installation of MEP systems.
• Coordinating, monitoring, and controlling subcontractors’ MEP activities.
• Coordinating and managing materials and documents directly related to MEP.
• Maintaining communication with the MEP consulting team, inspectors, and other relevant departments.
• Ensuring that MEP subcontractors comply with current quality standards and safety regulations.
• Assisting in testing and commissioning MEP equipment.

• Completed technical studies (e.g., Technical University of Construction).
• Relevant experience in fitting or civil construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of materials and fitting or MEP techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented.
• Proven experience in managing and completing a range of fitting and/or commercial construction projects.
