Job DescriptionSite Manager / Foreman – Tralee, Co. KerrySalary: Up to €80,000 DOE + Package
Duration: Minimum 18 months, with potential for 2+ yearsPharmaceutical ProjectWe are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Foreman to lead the delivery of civils and concrete works on a major pharmaceutical construction project in Tralee. This is a key role that will involve overseeing site operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on site. As part of a professional, collaborative team, you will play a vital role in managing resources, materials, and workflows, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Coordination: Develop daily, weekly, and long-term work plans aligned with the project schedule and ensure coordination of site activities.
• Resource & Plant Management: Manage the workforce, plant, and material requirements, ensuring the site is well-resourced to avoid delays and maximize productivity.
• Quality Control: Ensure all works are carried out to the highest quality standards, in line with project specifications and industry regulations.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety requirements, conduct daily safety checks, and ensure full compliance with RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for engineers, clients, and inspectors during key inspections and milestone events.
