We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our new residential development in Ratoath, Co. Meath. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality housing project with a well-respected Irish developer.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with suppliers.
- Conduct quality control checks and enforce health & safety regulations.
- Maintain project timelines and liaise with senior management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.
