Our client, a community-focused organisation, is dedicated to providing vital health and social services that support individuals in reaching their full potential. Now, they’re looking for Social Care Workers to join their teams in Day Services in Co. Meath— roles where you can truly make a difference.
The successful candidates for these roles will have a strong person-centred vision and will play a critical key role in facilitating and supporting individuals in our Day Services while upholding our core values of providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.
Ideal candidates will be adaptable, and innovative, with strong problem-solving skills. They will be committed to empowering the individuals we support, promoting a high-quality service that helps them lead fulfilling lives.
Requirements:
- QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor’s Degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g., Psychology)
- Registered with or eligible for CORU registration by November 2025
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT skills and Proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Full, clean manual driving licence (This is an essential requirement)
- Prior experience of working in disability services is desirable.
- Knowledge of New Directions Services & Supports for adults with disabilities would be advantageous.
