About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will be responsible for the School of Law social media channels including content planning, creation, delivery and analysis. The post-holder will be take ownership of the School of Law social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and will take a lead on social media content and campaigns from concept to implementation as directed by the School Marketing Manager.

This role sits within a wider marketing and communications team with the School of Law covering undergraduate as the Department of Law and postgraduate as the Centre for Commercial Law Studies.

The post is currently split between Mile End and Lincoln’s Inn Fields Campus.

About You

The post holder will have experience in social media use across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok, together with experience in content creation in a social media capacity, together with experience of using Adobe packages including Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Strong communication skills, with creative flair to create content and a high level of attention to detail are also essential.

The School of Law has as its central focus the role of law and its institutions in contemporary international society and it is divided into two organisational units: the Department of Law for undergraduate students and the Centre for Commercial Law Studies for postgraduate students.

The post is based at the Mile End and Lincoln’s Inn Fields Campus in London. It is a full time, permanent appointment, with an expected start date of May 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £30,642 to £37,348 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
