Media.Monks is looking for an ambitious producer with great knowledge in Social Media and a high level of English. They will manage creative and adaptation projects for an iconic automotive brand. In this position you will lead integrated projects from end-to-end using your solid planning, coordination and communication skills. We are after a true team player who knows how to manage successful projects whilst safeguarding cost and quality, and has experience working at the intersection of client, creative and production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee several small to medium-sized social projects, from Editorial Calendars to Campaigns, to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
- Ensure that the client’s brief is thorough and includes all of the relevant information and client requirements needed to offer a budget
- Plan and designate resources to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Regularly track and communicate progress of projects to the stakeholders
- Support your Operations Lead in managing business operations (e.g. building processes, maximize efficiency of procedures)
- Work collaboratively with the Data, Planning and creative areas team.
- Manage the full day-to-day: brief creative, legal, production and language & culture teams. Ensuring the team is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and any local client or market requirements.
- Build close-knit and trusted working relationships with different teams
- Ensure legal and QA compliance of content (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Requirements:
- Experience managing digital projects from end-to-end in an agency or high-growth fast-paced environment
- Track record of coordinating deliverables between teams to deliver impeccable work.
- Ability to internalize client requests and manage internal and external expectations.
- Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills. You excel at juggling multiple spinning plates that are all moving in different directions, with varying deadlines.
- Clear and strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive, genuine, and direct way of communicating across cross-cultural teams.
- A strong sense of urgency, you never leave problems unaddressed.
- Impeccable eye for design, quality and detail.
- Team player that listens to team members’ concerns, resolves conflicts and encourages feedback.
- Critical and never afraid to ask the right questions.
- Ambitious, gritty and resilient. Happy to hustle and enjoy a fast paced environment.
