We are looking for a Software Development Manager with experience to join a Company who creates software solutions for the 4.0 Industry.

• Leadership of the development team: Leading and inspiring the team to achieve project goals through efficient agile methodologies.
• Software development under an Industry 4.0 platform: Designing and developing software solutions to enhance operational and decision-making processes using Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Overall design of R&D project: Conceptualizing and managing projects to promote technological innovation.

Software Development Manager.Industry 4.0 (Vallés Occ.).

• Background in Computer Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years as a programmer. Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector or related fields is a plus.
• Solid experience in Python or Lua Development.
• Knowledge of industrial communications (Protocols Profinet, Modbus TCP…) and SCADA Systems – SQL Database Historian – OPC Drivers – MES.
• Experience in frontend technologies (Javascript, Angular, React) will be a plus.
• Team management skills (strong communication, leadership, customer relation,teamwork).
• Experience working under the GMP standards.
• Fluency English.
