We have a fantastic opportunity for a Developer to join our UK Payroll team. As part of a cross-functional scrum team, you will work alongside a team of Developers, UX, Business Analysts and Test Automation Engineers providing direction on all aspects of solution design and the development life cycle to assist in the delivery of our trusted 50 Payroll product. You’ll guide the direction of a software development team, using technical design artifacts to drive key milestones within the Scrum framework. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, bringing a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement in our software, methodologies, and processes.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬/𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

  • Strong experience delivering solutions within the Microsoft stack (e.g., MFC/.NET).
  • Proven experience leading technical solution design.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and select the best technologies and practices.
  • Expertise in applying design principles and patterns to deliver robust solutions.
